These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Student," "Participant," or "User") and Core Connect Point Co., Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and participation in our website (core-connectpoint.click), technical analysis workshops, physical chart labs, mentoring clinics, and instructional materials.

By accessing our website, reserving a cohort seat, or submitting a consultation request, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

2. Educational Nature of Services (Strict Disclaimer)

Core Connect Point Co., Ltd. operates strictly as an educational institution providing instruction in classical technical analysis, chart reading, price action geometry, and risk planning methodologies.

• No Financial Advice: We do not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Nothing contained on our website, in our lectures, in our chart replay drills, or in our mentoring feedback constitutes a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument or asset class.
• No Brokerage or Asset Management: We do not manage client funds, hold trading accounts, execute orders on behalf of third parties, or operate automated trading algorithms.
• Risk Acknowledgement: Trading in financial markets carries substantial risk of capital loss. Historical chart patterns and practice simulations do not guarantee future market behavior. You assume full individual responsibility for all financial decisions made outside of our classroom environment.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All educational materials—including course syllabi, Level Mapping Rubrics, Breakout-Retest checklists, annotated chart case studies, video recordings, software slide decks, graphics, and written guides—are the exclusive intellectual property of Core Connect Point Co., Ltd..

Participants are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to review materials for individual study. You may not record, redistribute, publish, resell, or publicly display our proprietary training materials or session recordings without prior written authorization from our management.

4. Studio Code of Conduct & Participant Obligations

To maintain an environment of professional focus and mutual respect inside our Chiang Mai physical studio and virtual discussion channels, all attendees agree to:

• Maintain respectful and constructive dialogue during group chart critique sessions.
• Refrain from soliciting, promoting, or marketing third-party financial services, signals, or products to fellow students.
• Adhere to scheduled session times and notify instructors in advance of anticipated absences.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate workshop participation for any individual engaging in disruptive, fraudulent, or harassing conduct without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Core Connect Point Co., Ltd., its directors, instructors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages—including but not limited to financial losses, loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption—arising from your use of our educational content or application of technical analysis concepts.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
